ABOUT MAX

Max Kamina Ntenda, a Belgian with Congolese roots, has been passionate about events, arts, and culture since childhood. At 16, he and his brothers started a mini festival in their garden, which grew into the area's most popular garden party. Since 2012, Max has been active at major Belgian festivals and venues, including Pukkelpop, Rock Werchter, Sport Paleis.

 

In 2012, he co-founded the Sunfield Festival, a two-day outdoor event showcasing both well-known artists and local talent. The following year, he launched the indoor Snowfield Festival. In 2015, Max started the event agency Masanka, which organizes the annual Z-bar, a pop-up summer bar featuring a mix of cultural and culinary activities.

 

Max is a hands-on entrepreneur who seamlessly blends creativity with technical expertise. He takes pride in crafting events that are meticulously planned and executed, ensuring they leave a lasting impression. From large-scale festivals and sport events to intimate weddings, innovative art installations and dynamic performances, I bring your ideas to life with precision and flair.

Max also co-founded the XAM collective, exploring soundscaping and innovative visual video installations. In 2021-2022, XAM pushed boundaries with water-based art, projecting 3D-like images on mist-covered surfaces. His upcoming installation, 'Weave to Wave,' celebrates art history, traditional clothing, Afrofuturism, and community through curated images from collaborative artists.
